An individual care plan is agreed with the multi-disciplinary
team prior to a Service User's arrival to Regal House.
The plan will relate to the specific needs of each individual
Service User.
Service Users are encouraged to take responsibility for all
aspects of their care and each has a member of staff appointed
to act as their Key Worker.
Service Users share all communal areas but have complete
privacy of their individual room facilities. |
